Tonight we had Speedy Tacos chips and they are terrific. Speedy Taco makes the chips themselves. They offered their own salsa. You can certainly tell the salsa is FRESH! Ordered a small order of Beans and Rice so Grandson will keep his hands out of my Beans. Been ordering Beans because they are so very good.
The food is almost always amazing, and the only reason I said almost is because ONE time the meat was a little on the drier side! The street tacos with carnitas is our usual alongside bean and cheese burritos and they're addictive!! I love being remembered even if we haven't been there for a long time, they really are super nice!
I've been eating here since they opened and the food is always really good. I moved away for 5 years and not a day went by that I didn't miss this place. Everyone in Eureka has their own go-to order, mine is the chile verde burrito and/or chile relleno burrito (regular not super) but if I'm eating with someone else I usually just get the same thing they ordered, or sometimes if the person in line ahead of me orders something that sounds interesting I'll just copy their order. I've never been disappointed, not once, and I've probably eaten here a few thousand times.

My favorite. I've come here ever since I was a kid with my dad, prices are great and food is great. I highly recommend their super burrito for only like $8, their chicken quesadilla, and their street tacos. If you're not sure if you'll like something I'm sure if you get it you'll love it. Service is also super nice, you don't have to wait a long time either.
The food here is always solid. The super tortas are delicious. I prefer the pastor. I have tried all the tacos and they are all delicious. The service is always stellar and the wait is always reasonable. The prices are great for what you get. This truck and the truck in Mckinleyville are both recommended.
There are not enough positive words that I can use to truly express the wonderful experience I had with Speedy Taco. Speedy Taco catered my son's 13th birthday party. DelFino was a pleasure to work with. The guys from Speedy Taco arrived early, were courteous, and best of all the food was absolutely fantastic-Highly recommended!
Expectations were low, result was amazing. We ordered three chicken tacos, the speedy asada burrito and a horchata. The tacos were the best, perfect combination of spice and veggies, loved the radishes. The burrito felt a fantastic deal in taste and portion size for under $10 in California. The tortillas were tasty and the veggies fresh. Horchata was perfect. I just think you can't find a better food truck in the usa.
